Engaging, optimized content to build your brand and inform your audience

The act of spending money can be exhilarating… or really painful. Anytime we are in the role of the consumer, our attitude towards a particular purchase shapes how we approach it — and how far into our pockets we’re willing to reach.

As marketers, we can use what we know about the psychology of spending to help potential buyers focus on the value that our goods and services can add to their lives. Here are just a few ways that studied psychological phenomena guide consumers through the decision-making process at retail.

At some point, most cat owners will be dismayed to find poop or pee somewhere unexpected. While the occasional litter box accident is an inconvenience, frequent ones are cause for concern.

Cats don’t tend to respond well to negative reinforcement, so scolding your cat for turning your closet into his bathroom is likely to do more harm than good. Fortunately, cat owners are most often able to correct undesirable toileting behavior by taking the time to understand their kitty’s unique preferences and motivations.

If you think of brands you know well, you can probably start to list off the attributes you associate with them, almost as though they were people. Apple is innovative, minimalist, and optimistic. Fenty is fearless and luxurious. Coca-Cola is friendly and sincere.

As different as these famous brands are, what they have in common is a strong brand voice. They know who they are and what they stand for, and the essence of the brand comes through in all marketing touchpoints. These brands resonate with consumers because of their consistent messaging, and in turn, consumer confidence strengthens these brands in a positive feedback loop.

While skin bruising isn’t a normal part of aging, increased susceptibility to bruising often is.

As we age, our skin thins, our blood vessels weaken, and the protective layer of fat beneath the dermis dissipates. This, combined with a number of common medical and health conditions, often means that minor bumps and scrapes can cause visible bruising in older people.

So when is skin bruising benign, and when is it cause for concern? Pay attention to your senior loved one’s skin and learn when to seek medical attention for a bruise.

In an increasingly ad-saturated world, search rankings are an extremely important determiner of success for most businesses. We’ve talked about how SEO-focused copywriting can help you stake your claim on that all-important first page of Google results, but paid advertising provides a critical edge in competitive spaces.

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is a great way to target your audience as they search the internet for services, products, and information. With trackable ROI, the right strategy can ensure that what you pay for each click is well-managed and profitable.

Blog Content: Work

Car enthusiasts want to maintain that glossy fresh-off-the-lot look as long as possible. Unfortunately, many aren’t aware of the daily hazards that threaten their paint.

Proper care and cleaning are key to maintaining an attractive finish and safeguarding against rust and corrosion. Avoid these common maintenance mistakes, and you can preserve your vehicle’s shine while protecting its resale value.

Over time, the sun’s rays can fade your car’s interior and deteriorate your paint. Parking in a shady spot may ward off UV damage, but vehicles that aren’t garaged will still be vulnerable to acid rain, especially in the Northeastern US.

In certain regions, environmental pollutants can change the pH of rain and snow, causing it to leave hard-to-remove marks on your car’s surface if it is allowed to dry. The same is true for a number of other common irritants like:

  • Bird droppings

  • Tree sap

  • Bug splatters

  • Ash

  • Spilled coffee and soda

  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
